This site is run by IRA Promoters and Developers. It describes our projects, Wild Living near Bandipur and Skyearth near Kanakapura, as they stand today. Plans, concepts, plot sizes, availability and pricing can change as each project moves forward.
Images and plans
Architectural images, renders and master plans are concepts, not a promise of what will be built. Distances and travel times are approximate.
Pricing and offers
Prices on this site are indicative, and pre-launch offers can end without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Any purchase is made only on written documents signed with IRA.
Land and regulations
Our projects are land and managed farmland. Buyers are responsible for understanding the land and agricultural rules that apply to them, which IRA will explain in person. We encourage you to visit the land before you decide.
