Who we are
This site is run by IRA Promoters and Developers. This note explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask of us. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What you share with us
When you fill in a form we collect your name and phone number, and anything else you choose to add: your email, a message, the project you are interested in, your budget range, what draws you to the land, and when you would like to visit. We only use these details once you tick the box agreeing to be contacted.
What the site records with it
Along with your form, the site notes the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link that brought you here, your IP address and your browser type. We use these to understand which pages bring enquiries and to keep out spam.
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange visits, send you the brochure, plans and pricing you asked for, and keep you posted on the projects you are interested in. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them for anything else.
Who sees it
The IRA sales team, and the service providers that run the site for us: hosting and spam protection (Cloudflare), secure storage for enquiries, and the services that deliver our email and WhatsApp alerts. They handle your details only to do that job.
The chat
If you use Ask IRA, your questions are sent to OpenAI to write the answer. We do not keep the conversation. Please do not type personal details such as your phone number into the chat; use the enquiry form for that.
Cookies and your browser
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. The site keeps a few small notes in your own browser so it works smoothly: that you have sent a form (so the plans stay open for you), your name (so the form remembers you), and that you have already seen the enquiry prompt on this visit. Clearing your browser data removes them. The maps on the project pages come from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when a map loads, under Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in touch with you about a project, and for a reasonable time after, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Write to us at the email on the contact page and we will act on it promptly. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date below.
